Louis Loves Madonna

Looks like Marc Jacobs is keeping Madonna aboard the Louis Vuitton train. The queen of pop is looking languid in perfection. Who was the retoucher? This photo makes her look incredible! Her skin is flawless. Loving the photo color too. But one question, will you be buying those bunny ears?

To Make You Feel Old And Unaccomplished

No, this is not a 'Spin It' music post, but rather a little somethin' to put your life in perspective and help you realize (as we did) how old you are... This song is by a 15 year old kid named Justin Bieber, discovered and signed this past April by Usher. He looks more like he's 10, but hey, he's probably got more in the bank than you! Nonetheless, Bieber is a little prebubescent thug. Annoying in real life? Most likely.

7 Incher To "Blow" Your Mind

Well here's the latest from recently acclaimed ad "genius" Burger King (remember THIS?!). The fast food chain is introducing the BK Super Seven Incher and not stopping short of the double entendre that the name often carries. Actually, forget double entendre, because this is pretty much suggesting what you think it is! But for $6.25 you've got yourself a pretty cheap date, quick and dirty.

Add To Cart: Gradient Tee

Seeing as we are currently in the summer season, it's no wonder you might find yourself looking back to the shows for S/S 09.  While out shopping the other day, I happened to notice an awesome gradient t-shirt that American Apparel is selling this season.  Right away I thought of Burberry Prorsum's collection, which featured an array of gradient scoop neck sweaters and cardigans (as shown above).

Now that it's warmer out, sweaters are pretty much out of the question, so it's refreshing to see a t-shirt version (and not to mention cheaper version!) of the gradient look!  Below is a shot of the American Apparel tee in "Fluorescent Orange Sunset".  It also comes in black & purple and black & red.  To check out the tee in more detail, visit American Apparel's online store here.

Hermione To Burberry

Emma Watson has graduated from wizardry and moved on to modeling.  She's landed Burberry's fall 09 campaign and totally rocks the company's look.  It's her first major ad campaign and she got to work with Mario Testino!  How lucky is that?  She looks great in the belted trench coats and the hair and makeup really suit her.  This campaign will definitely be a highlight in this fall's fashion magazines.  A+

Spin It: Boy Crisis

It's been a while since we brought you a Spin It music post, but this band makes up for the lack of songs as of late.  This band is called Boy Crisis, from Brooklyn, NY.  Above is their hit song "L'Homme" and below is "Dressed to Digress".  Both have an awesome alternative sound with an electronic twist thrown in.  They definitely make for some good all-windows-down-driving tunes!

Harper's Bazaar Selling Out?

Harper's Bazaar has released it's July issue, featuring Angelina Jolie on the cover.  Great pick for the cover, but an odd choice of content.  If you thought something looked strange about the cover, you thought right.  While Harper's Bazaar is one of America's greatest and most reputable fashion magazines, this cover is looking a little less fashion and a little more tabloid.

There is no cover story with a fashion editorial spread, but instead an essay by Naomi Wolf, titled "Why Women Want Angelina Jolie's Life".  To top it off, the cover is a red carpet candid shot taking at an event back in December.  Seriously?  Was Angelina uncooperative in scheduling a shoot?  If she was then they should have chosen someone else.  And do you really need to read about why women want her life?  It's not like she's gorgeous, powerful and married to Brad Pitt or anything.  Just saying.

In any case, go out and get the issue, to keep the magazine alive.  These times are tough.  For more on Angelina, read the full story here.

Jonas In July

Change is coming for 124-year old Good Housekeeping. The revamp includes a larger magazine format and increased lifestyle, beauty and fashion content. With the brand repositioning, Good Housekeeping appeals to a younger, more dynamic and engaged readership.

The July issue, now on newsstands, features the Jonas Brothers and their mom, Denise, on how to raise rockstars, their relationships and life on the road.

On teaching the boys etiquette: “To me, there’s nothing more frustrating than being around a child who’s annoying. We taught our kids proper manners. Because they’re going to be adults a lot longer than they’re children.”

On dealing with Nick's diagnosis with diabetes: "If your child develops a chronic disease, you can’t let your fear hold him back. You have to help him live his dreams — healthily."

On relationships: “They are men. They have desires. They have testosterone. If they make a mistake, I’m not going to hate them. I don’t think they are above or below being seduced. I would be foolish if I thought that. I pray for them.”

The requirement for prospective girlfriends?
"She must sincerely and totally love my son!"

Read the (almost) full story here. Plus, enter the Jonas Brothers Sweeps! They have 5 CDs and 5 issues of GH autographed by the Jonas Brothers to give away.

Check out the behind-the-scenes video of the Jonas family shoot:

After surveying over 1000 British women, Del Monte concluded that Daniel Craig is the most popsicle-worthy celebrity. So, the company created a Daniel Craig shaped popsicle, which is available now until June 7th! The downside: they're only being sold in England.
