While the focus of Fashion Week is on the clothes, there's no denying that the show production does play a part in one's enjoyment of a show. The music is always a highlight for me and even weeks after Fashion Week has passed, the sounds live on. When I listen to each song, I am immediately taken back to the runway, re-living the show.
The song choice is important for designers, who want their show to embody the collection, visually and audibly. Hence, the songs are usually pretty great. Here are some of my favorites from the F/W 2010 season of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week:
